Refund Policy for AgriBee Bhavana Foundation

AgriBee Bhavana Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a non-profit organization registered under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, dedicated to supporting child education and other social welfare initiatives. We deeply value the support and contributions of our donors and well-wishers. However, as a charitable organization, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return Policy for all donations and contributions made to the foundation.

1. Donations and Contributions

All donations made to AgriBee Bhavana Foundation are voluntary and intended for the support and development of our charitable projects. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Donations are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• No goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation.
• Once the donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

2. Tax Exemption and Receipts

As we are registered under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, donors are eligible to receive tax benefits for their contributions. A donation receipt will be issued for every contribution, which can be used for tax exemption purposes.

3. Errors in Donation Amount

In the event of an error in the donation amount or multiple donations due to technical issues, please reach out to us immediately with proof of payment. Our team will review the request and address it on a case-by-case basis. However, the decision of the foundation will be final and binding.

4. Unintended Donations

If a donation is made unintentionally or through unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

5. Changes to this Policy

AgriBee Bhavana Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.
